Request a room away from the street for a quieter experience, as the courtyard can amplify noise late at night.

The property's location was particularly good, near everything you want to access.

Loved every detail about my great 3 nights stay here. The rooms at this secured hotel were extremely spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept like a child. The employees at the venue were helpful and affable. Location: the hotel was near to a shopping center and a Santander branch, the zocalo and the city center and the restaurant. Had tea and goodies at Cafe Boca del Monte, nestled 1 mi of the property.

Charming courtyard ambiance with fine architecture.

The noise from the street was unbearable. I had requested a room with AC, but was instead moved to one that only had a ceiling fan, which wasn't comfortable at all. The staff had to let us in every time we returned.

Very loud at night-doorbell rings echo throughout the hotel!!! Location isn't appealing-doesn't feel safe or inviting!!! The shower needs serious upgrades-it was dreadful!!! Come on, a little more attention would go a long way!!!

The staff provided wonderful service and were friendly. It was about a 15-minute walk to the main plaza, nice. The breakfast was excellent and the waiter was always pleasant.

The hotel was great with its lovely garden courtyard with a tranquil retreat. Early check-in was a pleasant surprise after a rough night elsewhere, and the staff were genuinely friendly and willing to assist throughout our stay. The breakfast offerings were good, fresh, and presented in a charming breakfast room. The city view from our room added a nice touch to our experience.

The hotel was immaculate, and the staff's kindness was really good. Fernanda, at the reception, was particularly helpful in arranging transportation. The delicious breakfast included freshly made options that set a lovely start to each day.

Had a great 6-night stay! The restaurant's food was delicious and affordable, and I really loved my clean, spacious room. Just be aware, it can get a bit noisy in the street-facing rooms. I'd definitely return!

The noise from the street at night was somewhat disruptive, and the location requires a bit of a walk to reach the main attractions. The courtyard, while charming, didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of ambiance.
